The mission of the Friends & Foundation of the Camas Library (FFCL) is to build and enhance a partnership between the Camas Public Library and the community in order to promote literacy and quality library services and programs.

As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, FFCL volunteers work with Library employees in a variety of ways to provide quality Library events and excellent collections.

These efforts include audiobook subscriptions, sponsoring author visits, and supporting the summer reading programs. In addition, they supply books for two adults and two young people’s book discussion groups, fund the monthly Craft-O-Rama program, and sponsor the very successful Library sleepovers and the Dr. Seuss Birthday Party. The Garden Room of the Library was created thanks to these volunteers.

To support these important efforts and more, FFCL holds fundraising activities throughout the year.
