After battling depression, anxiety and an unhealthy lifestyle, KC was forever changed when she found yoga & running. Her journey inward brought her peace, clarity, balance and happiness.
Now called to share these lessons, she hopes to empower everyone to take control of their own life and choose to strive for happiness, not perfection.
