Shelby Holmes takes kids on an imaginative musical yoga adventures, inspiring them to be boldly kind with their words, thoughts, and hearts. This is a drop-off class for kids ages 4 - 12 so you can enjoy the festival while your kids play yoga!
Minta Allred, RYT-500 and Erika Levy, RYT-200 will co-facilitate The Inner Beauty Shop™ workshop for adolescent girls, ages 12 – 18, that gives them an opportunity to find the beauty within themselves and those around them. Each beauty shop is a transformative experience that includes several interactive and embodied activities, including yoga. The objectives for the workshop are:
Erika Levy of Empress Yoga, will demo her new program coming this Fall/ Winter called Super Yogis, which will be a 2-hour after school program designed for kids in Kindergarten - 2nd Grade. We’ll go on yoga adventures that stretch our minds and bodies; Learn how to become the Captain of our calm and cultivate kindness.

Founder of Dance Evolution, Aspen Tufares, will lead a class for ages 5-16 for children of all disabilities. It is a music and movement class to get them moving and connecting with their bodies. We will explore how the body moves to different types of music and rhythms. Parent assist and participation is welcomed.
Family Yoga provides an excellent space for the entire family to bond and connect while simultaneously stretching, strengthening, and relaxing. Erika Levy, RYT-200 of Empress Yoga will share the practice of yoga in a fun, playful space and take you on yoga adventure to the jungle, the moon or the sea! This class is appropriate for walkers and up with parents or caregivers. Babies are welcome to attend with an older sibling. No yoga experience is necessary.
Bryna Sampey, Owner of Doula My Soul, will give postnatal mothers a FAQ for breastfeeding and lactation, as well as some myth-busting and guidance around the internet's best & worst breastfeeding advice. Lots of time for support & questions from nursing parents, too!
Bryna begam serving families in Monterey, CA in 2006. She trained with one of the most experienced and skilled lactation consultants on the Monterey Peninsula, and had 4500 hours of experience before becoming certified as an IBCLC in 2010. She's also a doula that specializes in high-risk and surgical birth, as well as complex cases.

They learn how what they think, feel and say impacts the people around them. They will be empowered to celebrate their inner beauty, commit to kindness, and to contribute to meaningful change in the world.
