Collaborative Community Care

Kendall Hagensen, MA, LMHCA, R-DMT wears a lot of hats. This multi-tasking mom to two kids, Mental Health Therapist, and business owner is committed to a healthcare model that outshines many tired traditional models of care where a patient must go to several different practitioners and locations to get their holistic healthcare needs met.  Kendall is the owner, manager, and Clinical Director of Vancouver Wellness Studio, a collaborative healthcare clinic providing multidisciplinary healthcare with a team consisting of two Mental Health Counselors, an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, Nutritionist, Massage Therapist, a Fitness Trainer, and coming soon - a Naturopathic Physician to round out the team.

Vancouver Wellness Studio is leading two workshops for the Camas Wellness Festival. ‘Immune Support for Kids and Family’ led by Megan Burns, Acupuncturist and Nutritionist Haley Vilhauer; and  ‘Self-Care for Parents’ led by Kendall, herself, a Somatic Psychotherapist and Krystal Meyer, Licensed Massage Therapist.

“Our practitioner team meets weekly to discuss shared cases and collaborate with an integrative medical approach, offering full mind/body service solutions for our patients’ holistic needs” Kendall says.

To sponsor the Camas Wellness Festival is a community outreach decision that aligns with the values and mission of Vancouver Wellness Studio. Kendall grew up in Camas, went to Camas High School and has seen the community grow over the years. “We are thrilled to be a Gold sponsor of the Camas Wellness Festival this year. I love that this is a fundraiser for the nonprofit dance studio, Dance Evolution. Our team incorporates and values the whole body and movement as essential for overall wellbeing, and are excited to be part of this event” Kendall adds.
